20 Bureau Machinery Plant Develops High Prototype Full Hydraulic, Dual Drive Rollers

In order to fully support the construction of the national key project Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the 20th Bureau Machinery Plant has successfully developed a high-profile full-hydraulic, dual-drive roller after introducing a large-tonnage full-hydraulic, dual-drive roller. At present, some models of road rollers have been put into the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, and are favored by users for their stable quality and unique plateau performance.

High prototype hydraulic double drive roller series products are designed for use at altitudes above 4,000 meters above sea level and below -25 degrees Celsius. Based on specific environmental features such as large temperature difference, thin air, and strong ultraviolet radiation, engineers in the Technology Development Department According to the special environment requirements of the plateau, serious and scientific improvements have been made. The engine adopts the American Cummins engine, adopts the power reserve to preheat and start, the maintenance-free battery and the electrical instrument system are resistant to low temperature and ultraviolet rays. The cab is equipped with air-conditioning, dust-proof, air-exchange and oxygen-increasing functions. The glass in the driver's cab can prevent ultraviolet radiation.
