Some customers and friends do n’t know much about the motor. When there is a problem with the equipment, there will be a headache. I have n’t found the problem for a long time. The editor of Dalan Motor summarized the vibration of the hydraulic pump motor today. The problems that can not be ignored in the course are for everyone to learn.
(1) After the bearings on both ends of the motor and the screw bearing seat are worn out, the gap is too large, or the bearing rolling body and the cage are seriously worn out after the bearing lacks grease, which causes excessive load. After the bearing wears, the excessive clearance will cause the coaxiality error between the motor rotor center and the screw center, which will cause the mechanical system to shake.
Serious wear of bearing rolling elements and cages will cause increased friction and result in "locked rotor". "Locked rotor" will increase the response time of the servo system due to excessive load without causing an "overload alarm".
(2) The rotor of the motor is unbalanced, and the dynamic balance of the motor rotor is defective during manufacturing or deteriorates after use, and a vibration source like the "vibration motor" will be generated;
(3) The bending of the rotating shaft is similar to the unbalance of the rotor. In addition to the vibration source, the coaxiality error of the center of the motor rotor and the screw center will be generated, which will cause the mechanical transmission system to shake;
(4) Coupling manufacturing defects or wear after use will cause the coaxiality error of the two parts of the coupling, especially the casting rigid coupling, due to its poor manufacturing accuracy, it is easier to produce coaxiality errors. vibration;
(5) The poor parallelism of the guide rail during manufacturing will cause the servo system to be unable to reach the specified position to stay at the specified position. At this time, the motor will constantly wander between the effort to find the position and the system feedback, so that the motor continuously vibrates;
(6) The parallelism error of the lead screw and the plane of the guide rail, the parallelism error of the lead screw and the plane of the guide rail during installation will also cause the motor to vibrate due to uneven load;
(7) The lead screw is bent. After the lead screw is bent, in addition to the axial thrust, the lead screw will also receive a varying radial force. The radial force is large when bending is large, and the radial force is small when bending. The same should not exist. Radial forces can also cause mechanical transmission systems to vibrate.
