1, dry wear
In the case that the suction port is not opened or reversed, the hydraulic oil pump is oil-free or oil-less, and is in a dry friction state, at which time the pump will burn out in a very short time.
2, wear and tear caused by exhaust
The hydraulic oil pump is in a tightly fitting state at all times. If there is gas, a mixture of oil and gas will be formed, and the formation of the oil film between the friction pairs is incomplete. At this time, wear is easily caused. Generally, the smaller the oil absorption, the easier the wear is. Therefore, the hydraulic oil pump must be vented for the first time.
3. Wear caused by external axial force
When the pump shaft is subjected to axial force, the gear shaft and the oil distribution plate are extremely wearable. Therefore, the clearance must be 3-5mm when installing the coupling.
4. Wear caused by external radial force
When the pump is subjected to external radial force, eg: the coaxiality error of the coupling is too large, it is easy to cause wear of the bearing inside the pump.
5, the wear caused by metal particles on the pump
Metal particles can damage the oil film, and adhesion to the gear surface can cause more wear, so the oil must be clean. Sources of metal particles are external entry, internal generation, and the like.
In order to reduce the wear of the hydraulic oil pump, the oil pump must be commissioned, that is, a series of processes such as checking the opening state of the pipeline, exhausting, jogging, checking the direction of rotation, running for 10 minutes without load, and running with load. The details are as follows:
1, check the pipeline
Ensure that the pump inlet is open and the outlet relief valve is completely released.
2, exhaust
Exhaust is the removal of gas from the pump. There are two ways:
1 Vent through the oil drain (M10 hexagon socket plug) at the end of the pump.
2 By jogging the exhaust, generally 2-3 times to fully exhaust.
3, multiple times
The effect of jog is exhaust and check the direction of rotation.
1 once: Determine the direction of rotation.
2 times: After confirming the direction of rotation, jog again and further exhaust.
4, check the direction of rotation
If the pump is reversed, it can be 100% dry, so it must be determined that the direction of rotation is correct.
5, no load running for 10 minutes
This step makes the pump better run-in and can be directly at high speed.
6, running with load
The timing of this step depends on each manufacturer.
