The process of immersing and drying the hydraulic oil pump motor is learned. Dalan Motor recommends that you take a look!

Paint dipping is an extremely important part in the manufacturing process of hydraulic oil pump motors. Today, the editor of Dalan Motor discusses the paint dipping process with everyone, and tries to make the content of the discussion as easy as possible.

1. Why should the winding be impregnated?

(1) Improve the thermal conductivity of the winding, improve the heat dissipation performance of the motor, and ensure that the motor can perform better heat exchange during operation.

(2) Improve the electrical strength of windings. The insulation performance between the winding and the iron core, the phase and phase of the three-phase motor, and the turns and turns of the winding is further strengthened by dipping paint.

(3) Improve the mechanical strength of the winding and bond the winding into a whole, thereby improving the vibration resistance and mechanical stability.

(4) Improve the chemical stability of the winding against moisture and mildew. Provide better protection for electromagnetic wires.

2. Under special circumstances, the winding is covered with paint

For some special motors, some motor manufacturers will add this process on the basis of immersion drying, the purpose of which is to:

(1) Improve the mechanical strength of the winding surface. Make a thin layer of paint on the surface of the winding to make up for some small defects in the paint dipping process.

(2) Improving the anti-mold performance is a further enhancement based on the dipping and drying process.

(3) Form a smooth paint film on the surface of the winding to enhance the resistance to oil and arc. Especially for a motor in a wet environment, this process is necessary and effective.

(4) Because the surface paint film is bright and hard, it can prevent the accumulation of dust, and once the dust is accumulated, it is easy to remove. Especially for the case of dust containing conductive foreign matter, this process will have very good results.

3. Basic dipping and drying process

(1) Pre-baking of the winding before dipping: The pre-baking is to drive off the moisture in the coil while heating the winding to ensure the adhesion effect of the dipping temperature. During the pre-baking process, the insulation resistance value of the winding should be measured regularly (generally 1 hour to set the measurement period). When the insulation resistance value is unchanged for three consecutive times, the insulation resistance is considered stable and the pre-baking is completed.

(2) Paint dipping: Commonly used paint dipping techniques include dipping, pouring, vacuum dipping and vacuum pressure dipping.

(3) Drying: The solvent in the insulating paint is volatilized, so the drying temperature does not need to be too high, also known as the low temperature stage, and the drying temperature can be controlled to be slightly higher than the volatilization point of the solvent.

(4) Coating with paint: The coating process is carried out after the motor is dipped and dried, usually by spray painting.
