The Foundation of Shandong Changlin Group's 400,000 Tons High Precision Hydraulic Casting Project

On May 6th, 2011, 10 key industrial high-tech projects in Linyi County, Linyi City, Shandong Province were held at the groundbreaking ceremony of the 400,000-ton high-precision hydraulic casting project of Shandong Changlin Group. 400 tons of high-precision hydraulic castings of Shandong Changlin Group Co., Ltd. Two key projects such as the production of 30,000 hydraulic excavators participated in the foundation laying.

The 400,000-ton high-precision hydraulic casting project has a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan, a production value of 4.8 billion yuan, and a tax of nearly 800 million yuan. The overall planning of the seven casting production lines and two processing workshops is expected to produce 400,000 tons of precision castings such as hydraulics and auto parts. The project is divided into three phases. The first phase is three hydraulic casting production lines.

With an annual output of 30,000 hydraulic excavator projects, it is a key construction project in Shandong Province in 2011 with a total investment of 3.2 billion yuan. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual sales income of 27 billion yuan, of which exports will earn 800 million U.S. dollars, and total profits will be realized. 900 million yuan.

The above two projects together with the Nakagawa Hydraulic Project constitute the upstream and downstream relationships of the high-end equipment industry chain of the Shandong Changlin Group, which is conducive to further exerting the advantages of Zhongchuan Hydraulics, and will be conducive to further attracting foreign investment, and opening up the market after the Zhongchuan Hydraulic Project is put into production. To build a domestic first-class Changlin high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park and achieve sales revenue of RMB 50 billion at the end of the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” will have significant and far-reaching impact.
