1. The main causes of motor leakage are:

1. Moisture intrusion or rain and water penetrate into the motor.

2. There is too much oil or other dirt on the winding.

3. The insulation of the incoming and outgoing wires or the junction box connector is reduced or damaged.

4. Motor bore, overheating or insulation aging.

5. Metal foreign matter invades the winding and damages the insulation

6. The end of the winding touches the end cover base.

Second, the solution:

1. Normally protect against rain. After finding the problem, you can use a shaker to check and check the insulation resistance and dry the motor.

2. Remove oil or other dirt in time, use a shaker to detect and check the insulation resistance, and immerse and dry the motor.

3. Carefully check the insulation of the incoming and outgoing wires or the junction of the junction box, bandage or deal with the damaged insulation,

4. Find the hidden hidden troubles of the bearing in time and maintain or refuel regularly; clean the air ducts and check the operation of the fan blades; find out the single-phase operation or overload of the motor in time.

5. For motors that have undergone insulation aging but have other good properties, they can be dipped and dried again.

6. If the insulation resistance does not meet the requirements after drying and processing, the coil needs to be rewound.
