1. When the pump is not faulty, turn on the motor power supply under no-load conditions;
2. When the pump reaches the extra speed, the bypass valve is closed and the pump can be transferred to the load working condition.
3. When the high pressure pump is started, pay attention to check whether the screws of the joint parts are loose or not;
4. Check if the lubricant quality and oil level are in compliance with the rules and regulations;
5. Check the tightness of the belt and adjust if necessary; check whether the motor and its wiring are intact and correct;
6. Move the pulley by hand to make the large pulley rotate more than 2 times, and the movement mechanism must not be obstructed; open the valve on the drain line, and the bypass valve on the drain line and the bleed valve on the pump body. When the spill valve is completely liquid, close the bleed valve.
7. When stopping the pump, pay attention to the operation according to the rules.
