The failure of many hydraulic pump motors is not a manufacturing quality problem, but most customers do not pay enough attention to the daily maintenance and maintenance of the motor. The editor of Dalan Motor reminds everyone of the items that must be strictly implemented:
1. Routine maintenance of the motor
(1) Clean the internal and external dust, dirt and brush dust of the motor to ensure that the motor operating environment is in a good state.
(2) For the wound rotor motor, the brush pressure should be adjusted and checked, and the damaged brush should be replaced or grinded to ensure the reliable operation of the motor slip ring system. When replacing the carbon brush, make sure that the carbon brush material, the contact area of the carbon brush and the collector ring (more than 70%) meet the requirements.
(3) Clean and wipe the brush holder, brush holder, and slip ring, especially the surface of the collector ring must be smooth and clean. When the surface of the collector ring is damaged (with pits or pits), it should be ground with fine sandpaper Light treatment.
(4) Comprehensively check the lubrication system, replenish the grease, and replace the lubricant. This is one of the key items for motor overhaul. Regular grease replenishment of the motor is required to ensure that the motor operates under a good lubrication condition.
(5) Check and adjust the working condition of the motor ventilation and cooling system. The ventilation and cooling system of the motor are related to the temperature rise control of the motor. Make sure that the ventilation and cooling system are in good condition when the motor is running.
Second, regular disassembly inspection and maintenance
(1) Dismantle the motor and clean the motor windings, ventilation ducts, wiring boards, etc. Some of the motors are used in a harsh environment. A large amount of dust will accumulate on the motor windings, and some dust includes conductive foreign objects. The performance of the motor will be extremely harmful.
(2) Measure the insulation resistance of the winding, and dry the motor winding if necessary. Especially for the motors used in warm environments and outdoor environments, first, the motor protection should be selected according to actual needs, but the necessary dehumidification treatment should be carried out according to the regulations.
(3) Check the flatness and relative stability of the slip ring, and perform turning if necessary. When the motor is running, the wear of the carbon brushes, the dust and foreign objects in the process will cause different degrees of wear or ablation on the surface of the collector ring. The collector ring should be polished as necessary and replaced with a new collector ring if necessary.
(4) According to the degree of wear of the carbon brush, the distance between the brush holder and the slip ring should be adjusted to ensure good contact between the carbon brush and the slip ring; and the stability of the brush rod should be checked to prevent the carbon brush and Poor contact of slip ring.
(5) Clean the bearing lubrication system and check its working condition, determine the bearing clearance, replace the worn rolling bearing, scrape and adjust the sliding bearing, and replace the tile or repair the welding tile when damaged.
(6) For the rotor of the winding motor, the binding state of the rotor should be checked and necessary reinforcement should be carried out.
