The process of motor start-up is a dynamic change process. In the actual test process, if you want to test accurately, generally use a high-sampling rate waveform recorder or a test instrument with waveform recording function to complete. The high-sampling rate test instrument records the measured power and draws transient waveforms or trend curves. Generally, the following test methods are used:
(1) Use an oscilloscope to measure-install a relatively large transformation ratio (can be selected according to the power of the motor or the parameters provided by the manufacturer) in the motor start circuit. The secondary winding of the current sensor is connected to the oscilloscope to complete measuring.
(2) Use a fault recording device to measure-install a current sensor in the motor starting circuit, the secondary winding of the current sensor is connected to the fault recording device, and start the recording during the motor starting process to measure.
(3) Use a portable power quality analyzer to measure-install a current sensor in the motor start loop, and the secondary winding of the current sensor is connected to the portable power quality analyzer to measure during the motor start process.
(4) Test with a high-end motor test system-by setting parameters such as dynamometer sensor transformation ratio and synchronization source, the starting current can be effectively tested.
