The bearing of the hydraulic oil pump motor is thrown away, everyone is confused? Today, the editor of Dalan Motor discusses the root cause of the fault of the bearing throwing ring, shares experience, and exchanges ideas.
First, the reason for the end cover bearing chamber wear
(1) Normal fatigue and wear of metal
This is an inherent characteristic of metal itself. There are always large or small vibrations under normal load, and occasional short-term overload shocks will inevitably cause the loosening of the matching parts of the oil pump motor, including the situation where the bearing room and the bearing clearance tend to increase. However, this normal loosening tendency is not enough to cause fatal damage during the life of the motor, and some may even be minimal.
(2) The degree of cooperation between the bearing housing of the end cover and the bearing
No matter how high the machining accuracy is, the parts can never reach 100% of the mating surface of the component. From a microscopic scale, the metal mating surface can only reach 35% -55%. Therefore, the small bearing surface of the bearing chamber and bearing matching part is the fundamental reason for aggravating metal fatigue wear.
2. Other factors cause damage to the bearing room
Regardless of the normal fatigue and wear of the metal, or the inevitable fit between the bearing room and the matching part of the bearing, as long as it is within the allowable range of the design, it can ensure the long-term and safe operation of the motor. There are various specific special conditions for the damage of the end cover bearing chamber that are not expected by design. Common typical factors include:
(1) The rotor shaft is bent and deformed, resulting in increased bearing vibration when the motor is running. The relative position of the motor end cover and the outer ring of the bearing tends to slide → starts to slide → intensifies the slide, and the gap at the joint is too poor.
(2) The assembly process of the motor is poor, and the rotor, bearing and end cover of the motor are not concentric, which results in an increase in the amount of vibration during the operation of the motor, which quickly makes the gap at the joint excessive.
(3) The assembly of the motor is unreasonable, the bearing running ring or the outer ring is loose for a period of time during operation, and the size of the bearing chamber is out of tolerance.
(4) When the motor is running, the bearing vibrates violently, causing damage to the bearing chamber.
The main causes of bearing vibration are: (1) unbalanced three-phase current; (2) unbalanced resistance of each phase; (3) unbalanced three-phase voltage; (4) lack of phase operation of the motor; (5) asymmetry of the motor Run and so on.
