The first step is to depressurize the hydraulic circuit. Otherwise, when the tubing joint with the cylinder is loosened, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will be quickly ejected. When the hydraulic circuit is relieved, first loosen the hand wheel or pressure regulating screw at the overflow valve to relieve the pressure oil, then cut off the power or cut off the power source to stop the hydraulic device.
Then the steps to start disassembling the hydraulic cylinder are as follows:
1. In order to prevent the elongated parts such as the piston rod from being bent or deformed, the balance of the support is applied when placed.
When removing, prevent damage to the top thread of the piston rod, the port thread and the surface of the piston rod, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, etc.
2. Disassembly should be carried out in order.
Due to the different structure and size of the various hydraulic cylinders, the disassembly sequence is slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two chambers of the cylinder should be drained, then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed.
When disassembling the cylinder head of the hydraulic cylinder, special tools should be used for the key or snap ring of the inner card type connection. It is forbidden to use the flat shovel; for the flange type end cover, it must be screwed out, no hammering or hard smashing is allowed. . When the piston and the piston rod are difficult to extract, do not force it out. You should first find out the cause and then disassemble it.
3. Try to create conditions before and after disassembly to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being contaminated by dust and impurities around.
Eg: When disassembling, try to carry out in a clean environment; after disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic cloth, not covered with cotton cloth or other work cloth.
4. After the cylinder is disassembled, it should be carefully checked to determine which parts can be used continuously, which parts can be repaired and used, and which parts must be replaced.
5. The parts must be carefully cleaned before assembly, but it is necessary to properly install the sealing devices everywhere.
Eg: When installing the O-ring, do not pull it to the extent of permanent deformation, and do not roll the side set, otherwise it may leak oil due to the distortion. The removed O-ring and dust ring should be completely replaced. Or when installing the Y-shaped and V-shaped seals, pay attention to the installation direction to avoid oil leakage due to the installation.
For the Y-shaped seal ring, the lip should deal with the pressure oil chamber; in addition, the YX-shaped seal ring should also pay attention to distinguish whether it is for the shaft or the hole, and do not install the wrong.
The V-shaped seal ring is composed of a different shape of the support ring, the seal ring and the pressure ring. When the pressure ring presses the seal ring, the support ring can make the seal ring shape and seal, and the opening of the seal ring should be faced during installation. Pressure oil chamber; when adjusting the pressure ring, it should be limited to no oil leakage, and should not be over-tightened to prevent excessive sealing resistance.
6. When the threaded coupling is tightened, a special wrench should be used, and the torque should meet the standard requirements.
7. After assembling the piston and the piston rod, it is necessary to try to measure whether the coaxiality and the straightness over the entire length are out of tolerance.
8. After the assembly, the piston assembly should be moved without any obstruction and uneven resistance.
9. When the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main machine, a sealing ring must be added between the inlet and outlet port joints and fastened to prevent oil leakage.
