Application of Submerged Mud Pump in Hydraulic Excavation and Filling Operation

First, the application of hydraulic punching unit
The construction principle is to generate pressure water through the clean water pump, spray high-speed water through the water gun, cut and crush the sand, make it wet and disintegrate, form a mixture of mud and mud, and then use the dredging pump and the submerged mud pump. The vertical mud pump and its sludge pipe are transported to the designated location.

It consists of a clean water pump flushing system, a dredging pump, a submerged mud pump, a vertical mud pump mud conveying system and a power distribution system. Dredging pump, submerged mud pump, vertical mud pump mud conveying system mainly includes vertical mud pump, floating body, high pressure water belt and so on. Clean water pumping system: mainly includes clean water pump, water pipe, high pressure water gun, etc. The power distribution system mainly includes distribution boxes and waterproof cables.

Second, the application in the filling operation
It is composed of multiple dredging pumps, submerged mud pumps, vertical submerged mud pumps and horizontal mud pumps to achieve high flow and long distance transport of sediment. First, a plurality of dredging pumps, a submerged mud pump, and a vertical mud pump collect the sediment into the collecting pipe, and then pressurize it through the horizontal mud pump to discharge it to the working area.
